Location : Jaipur / Ahmedabad

Working Days : Monday – Saturday

Package : Upto 5 LPA

Role Overview :

We’re hiring an Academic Counsellor for our Offline Learning Centre in Jaipur / Ahmedabad. The role involves guiding learners, understanding their career goals, and driving enrolments for upGrad’s degree and certification programs.

Key Responsibilities :

Counsel prospective learners through calls, video sessions, and in-centre meetings.
Understand learner needs and recommend suitable programs.
Achieve weekly and monthly enrolment targets.
Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM.

Requirements :

Minimum 1+ year of EdTech sales, pre-sales, or counselling experience.

Graduate with strong communication and persuasion skills.

Target-driven and proficient in MS Office & CRM tools.
