Position Overview

Designation : Branch Manager – Business Development

Department : Sales & Marketing

Experience : 7–10 Years

Location : Delhi

Interview Mode : L1 – Virtual | L2 – Face-to-Face

Work Model : Work from Office

Work Schedule : Monday to Saturday (1st Saturday off)

Joining : Immediate to 15 days preferred

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Branch Manager to lead and motivate a team of Business Development Executives, Relationship Managers, and Business Advisors. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, ensure client satisfaction, and guide the branch toward achieving business excellence in the stock and commodity markets .

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team
  • Set clear goals for KYC acquisition and revenue generation
  • Monitor performance and implement improvement strategies

Client Relationship Management

  • Guide the team in building strong, long-term client relationships
  • Offer investment insights and personalized financial advice
  • Support client meetings and handle escalated queries
  • Business Growth & Market Strategy

  • Drive branch-level sales and revenue targets
  • Stay updated on stock and commodity market trends
  • Collaborate with APs and BDRs to expand the client base
  • Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and KYC norms
  • Maintain accurate reports on sales performance and client activity
  • Present regular updates to the Regional Head
  • Retention & Margin Improvement

  • Focus on client retention, cross-selling, and margin enhancement
  • Strengthen HNI relationships through proactive engagement
  • Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any discipline)
  • Experience : Minimum 7 years in team handling, sales, or relationship management within the stock and commodity markets
  • Knowledge : Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial products
  • Leadership : Excellent team management, communication, and motivational skills
  • Client Orientation : Proven ability to resolve queries and maintain high client satisfaction
