Role Details
Title : Customer Success Engineer
Location : Gurugram
Engagement : Full-time
Compensation : ₹ 4–8 LPA
What You’ll Do
Work with customers to understand how their processes run
Configure and set up voice agents based on those workflows
Support customer onboarding, testing, and go-live
Run demos, training, and product walkthroughs
Track agent performance and suggest improvements
Document playbooks and best practices
Coordinate closely with product and engineering to solve real issues

What You Bring
0–2 years experience in Customer Success, Product, Consulting, Operations or similar roles
Strong communication and confidence in working with customers
Ability to understand workflows / logic and break down steps
Comfortable learning new tools and figuring things out
Ownership mindset : don’t wait to be told what to do
Curiosity to understand the product and how customers actually use it
(Technical background not required, but willingness to learn is a must.)
