Job description

Location : Mumbai(Andheri east)

🖥️ Work Mode : 5 days in office

2 rotational week offs

🕒 Notice period : Immediate joiners

Shift-Night shift

🧑‍💼 Open Roles : Customer Service

🔹 CTC : Up to 9LPA

🔹 Experience : 1-5years

📋 Requirements :

Proficiency in Spanish (B2 Level or above) – verbal & written

Graduate in any discipline

Strong interpersonal & organizational skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

High energy, target-driven, and team-oriented

💼 Key Responsibilities :

Seller & Customer Support

  • Respond to seller and customer queries in Spanish via email, chat, or calls.
  • Resolve issues related to product listings, order fulfilment, returns, and payments.

Content & Catalog Management

  • Translate, proofread, and localize product titles, descriptions, and FAQs into Spanish.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
  • Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order issues, cancellations, and SLA breaches.
  • Track and report performance metrics for Spanish-language marketplaces. Quality & Process Improvement
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain high CSAT and NPS scores for Spanish-language support.
  • Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Neutral Spanish accent with excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Prior experience in eCommerce operations or customer support.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
