We're Hiring : Junior HR Executive at Highshine IT Solutions!

That’s why we’re building a people-first culture and looking for an HR Executive who’s ready to help us shape and support that growth. This is a hands-on, learning-driven role where you’ll be involved in every part of the employee lifecycle - and help lay the foundation for a great workplace.

As an HR Executive, You Will :

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from job postings to offer letters.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and write effective job descriptions.
  • Source top talent via job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Schedule, organize, and conduct interviews while maintaining a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records—both digital and physical.
  • Track and manage critical HR data such as contracts, leaves, and performance records.
  • Manage quarterly and annual performance appraisal processes.
  • Work with leadership to identify high performers and build development plans.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives, team events, and internal communications.
  • Help resolve employee concerns with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in HR or related areas.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Proactive attitude with a passion for people and culture development.
