Senior Financial Accountant - Property Level

About the Job :

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned accounting professional to manage and review detailed property level financials.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and preparing detailed property level financials, including CAM recs and budget-to-actual variance analysis.

You will also have the opportunity to develop and implement process improvements, create training materials, and train new accountants.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of US property accounting experience, ideally in commercial real estate, and a strong background in Yardi and MRI software.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about property accounting and has a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Review and prepare detailed property level financials
• Ensure compliance with client capex policies
• Follow client bad debt policies
• Prepare and review balance sheet support schedules (workpapers)
