Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Engineer - HVAC located in Bengaluru. The BIM Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for HVAC systems. Daily tasks include creating and reviewing construction drawings, coordinating with other engineering disciplines, and ensuring accurate and timely project deliverables. The role also involves collaborating with project managers, architects, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings
• Experience and knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Experience of 1 to 3yrs in relevant job is required
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in HVAC design is a plus
