Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, for a Founding Designer (UI / UX) with 2-5 years of experience. The Founding Designer will design user interfaces and user experiences for web and mobile applications, create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups, and contribute to the branding and visual identity of the company. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, provide creative input, and ensure an intuitive and engaging user journey. As a key member of the founding team, you will shape the design philosophy and play an integral role in building the company’s design culture.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Visual Design and creating Mockups
• Strong skills in User Interface Design and User Experience (UX) principles
• Basic understanding of Front-End Development to align with interactive design elements
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate design ideas effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
• Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Problem-solving skills with a user-centered approach to design
• Previous experience in startups or working on early-stage products is a plus
