About the Role :
We’re looking for an Employee Growth Partner – Talent Acquisition who will lead end-to-end U.S. hiring for Aonxi’s global sales division — specifically roles such as Lead Generation Specialists and Appointment Setters.
This is not a generic HR role — it’s a performance-driven recruitment position focused on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent that fuels Aonxi’s U.S. growth engine.
You’ll be the bridge between high-performing candidates and our U.S. sales pods, ensuring every hire contributes to measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end recruitment for U.S.-focused roles (Lead Generation Specialists, Appointment Setters, Sales Development Reps, etc.).
Execute lead generation hiring and cold calling recruitment strategies to attract the best candidates.
Source proactively through LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, and referrals.
Conduct initial screening and qualification calls to evaluate communication skills, sales aptitude, and fit for the U.S. market.
Coordinate and manage interview pipelines, ensuring fast, smooth closures.
Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to understand performance expectations and hiring targets.
Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and dashboards for leadership reporting.
Deliver a top-notch candidate experience that reflects Aonxi’s growth-driven culture.
Requirements :
3–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience with strong U.S. market exposure.
Proven success hiring for sales, lead generation, or appointment-setting roles.
Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
Experience in cold calling recruitment and active sourcing.
Hands on experience on hiring portals -LinkedIn Specifically (Naukri, IIM Jobs )
Strong understanding of U.S. hiring practices, time zones, and work culture.
Comfortable working onsite in night shifts (U.S. hours).
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-first culture.
Preferred Skills :
Experience using ATS / CRM tools and sales hiring platforms.
Background in B2B sales or marketing recruitment.
Ability to analyze candidate performance metrics and hiring funnel data.
Strong interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
