🚀 Software Engineer – Backend (Kotlin | AWS | Platform Engineering)

📍 Location : India

We are looking for an experienced Software Engineer (Backend) to join our AI and Platform Engineering group . This is a high-impact role working on Tier 1 backend services , critical to operational reliability, scalability, and performance at enterprise scale.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Contribute to platform engineering backend projects including operations uplift and migration initiatives.
Dive deep into existing codebase, improve monitoring, alerting, test coverage, and reliability .
Participate in daily standups and weekly squad discussions to define goals and deliver outcomes.
Proactively perform autonomous investigations and deliver solutions while collaborating with senior engineers.
Ensure backend services meet the highest standards of availability, performance, and reliability .

🔹 Candidate Requirements

Experience : 8–10 years in backend / platform engineering.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Top Tech Skills :

Kotlin (must have)

AWS Cloud (must have)

Operational & reliability engineering skills

Nice to Have : Kubernetes, advanced monitoring / alerting experience.

Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, attention to detail.
