Role Description

As a Territory Manager – Hygiene , you will lead sales and service efforts within your assigned territory ( South India ) . You will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing existing accounts, and ensuring seamless delivery of hygiene programs to clients in hospitality, food service, and facility management sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth within assigned territory by acquiring new clients (QSRs, hotels, institutions, FM companies).
  • Manage relationships with existing accounts, ensuring program compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee service audits, hygiene checks, and customer training delivered by service executives.
  • Collaborate with the Dealer Manager to strengthen distribution and ensure product availability.
  • Achieve revenue, service, and compliance targets consistently.
  • Provide market insights and competitor intelligence for business strategy.

Requirements

  • Education : Graduate in Science / Commerce; MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • Experience : 2–4 years in B2B sales, preferably hygiene, hospitality, or facility services.
  • Proven ability to manage accounts and deliver targets in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
