Role : Microsoft Copilot AI Devs (offshore)

Duration : 4 months

Location : Remote

Project Overview

4-month timeline with 4 developers

Two distinct workstreams apart of the delivery :

Talent acquisition automation

  • Copilot agents and workflow automation
  • Automated meeting requests / scheduling
  • Candidate application summaries to hiring managers
  • candidate sourcing

Help desk automation

  • Distribution list modifications
  • Contractor account renewals
  • AI-based automation solutions
  • Microsoft stack focus : Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot, Copilot Studio
  • Iterative deliveries throughout 4 months, not single end delivery

    • Musts :

    Hands on / real world Copilot development experience

    Strong coding experience

    Copilot Studio experience

    Strong understanding of Copilot best practices

  • Understanding of security roles and distribution lists
  • Ability to connect on-premises systems from the cloud
  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop, including child flows
