Role Overview
You will be the communication backbone of Lantrn. Your role is to keep clients happy, updated, and confident while ensuring internal teams deliver high-quality work on time. You will coordinate between design, content, marketing, and leadership to maintain smooth operations and build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with assigned clients
- Take detailed briefs and convert them into clear internal tasks
- Coordinate with designers, editors, content writers, and marketers
- Ensure timely delivery of all deliverables
- Manage revisions, feedback loops, and approvals
- Prepare weekly reports and performance updates
- Conduct scheduled review calls with clients
- Track all ongoing tasks, deadlines, and client requirements
- Identify early signs of issues and escalate proactively
- Build strong client relationships through consistency and clarity
Required Skills
Excellent spoken and written communication (English + Telugu preferred)Strong understanding of digital marketing basicsHighly organised, detail-oriented, and deadline-drivenAbility to multitask and stay calm under pressureStrong ownership and accountability mindsetAbility to handle client expectations professionallyComfortable using WhatsApp, Google Drive, Sheets, and project management toolsExperience
1–3 years in client servicing, account management, or coordinationAgency experience is an added advantageSalary (Hyderabad Range)
₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Depending on experience and communication quality)
