At INI Design Studio, we prioritize sustainability, excellence, and collaboration.Position Overview : We seek a visionary and experienced Architect or Senior Architect to lead complex design and planning projects with a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and strategic impact. This is a leadership position for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in architecture, urban design, or master planning. The ideal candidate will bring a design-forward mindset, proven leadership in multi-disciplinary teams, and a deep understanding of urban systems and architectural excellence.Key Responsibilities : Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of large-scale architectural or urban design projects across various phases (from visioning to construction).Manage and mentor design teams, fostering a collaborative and inclusive studio environment.Act as a strategic leader in shaping project narratives, client relationships, and design direction.Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control, ensuring alignment with both client goals and design excellence.Present design concepts and strategies to clients, communities, and stakeholders with clarity and confidence.Collaborate with internal and external consultants, including engineers, planners, and public agencies.Drive innovation in sustainability, equity, and resilience within the built environment.Contribute to business development efforts through thought leadership, proposals, interviews, and client outreach.Stay ahead of emerging trends in architecture, urbanism, policy, and technology to inform forward-thinking design approaches.Qualifications : Professional degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).up to 10 years of experience in architecture and / or urban design with a strong portfolio of built and visionary work.

• Candidates with a background in government and institutional projects are preferred.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency in architectural design software and tools.Licensed Architect or eligible for licensure preferred.Demonstrated leadership in complex urban, civic, mixed-use, or infrastructure-oriented projects.Proven ability to lead teams and inspire design excellence.Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills.Proficiency in relevant design tools (e.g., Rhino, Revit, Adobe Suite, AutoCAD, GIS, 3D visualization software).Deep understanding of zoning, planning codes, and policy frameworks.Experience engaging with public agencies, community groups, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.
