We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our regional HR operations team in India and South West Asia.
This role will provide comprehensive HR administrative and on-ground support across multiple functions — from Recruitment Operations and Learning & Development to Payroll, Mobility, and Employee Helpdesk services.
- Coordinate interviews, onboarding logistics, and employment documentation.
- Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor payments.
- Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
- Maintain accurate HR records and assist with compliance audits.
- Serve as a local HR helpdesk representative, ensuring a seamless employee experience.
Key Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, or related field.Minimum 3 years of HR administration or generalist experience.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.Previous experience in shared-services or multinational environments is an asset.
