Job description

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our regional HR operations team in India and South West Asia.

This role will provide comprehensive HR administrative and on-ground support across multiple functions — from Recruitment Operations and Learning & Development to Payroll, Mobility, and Employee Helpdesk services.

  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding logistics, and employment documentation.
  • Support payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor payments.
  • Handle Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries and escalate complex cases as needed.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and assist with compliance audits.
  • Serve as a local HR helpdesk representative, ensuring a seamless employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment activities, including interview coordination and onboarding logistics.
  • Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor payments with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee inquiries, escalating complex cases to senior management as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date HR records and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Represent the organization as a local HR helpdesk representative, fostering a positive employee experience.
  • Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Social Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of HR administration or generalist experience.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Previous experience in shared-services or multinational environments is an asset.
