Contracts and Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts (franchise, lease, marketing, tech, MoUs, supply, and service agreements).
• Ensure contracts are legally sound, compliant, and protect company interests.
• Manage company secretarial work — preparation of Board Resolutions, Minutes, Annual Filings, and Statutory Registers.
• Handle filings on MCA & RBI portals (FCTRS, FCGPR, FLA) and ensure timely compliance with Companies Act & FEMA regulations.
• Provide legal and compliance support for new business initiatives and respond to legal notices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mitigate legal and operational risks.
• Liaise with external counsels and assist in audits (internal / external).
• Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory updates relevant to business operations.
