Dates : Monday & Tuesday, 13th & 14th October 2025

Time : 11 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

Role Details

Designation : Associate

Experience : 1 to 3 Years in International Voice Process

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) – Mandatory
Strong problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities

Respond to client queries via voice and written communication

Handle multiple client interactions efficiently and professionally

Manage workload through workflow tools and maintain accurate records

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and accurate resolutions

Contribute to achieving team targets and maintaining service quality

Ensure customer satisfaction and positive outcomes in every interaction
