Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Intern based in Kolkata. The Program Manager / Operation intern will be working closely with the Co‑Founders in driving our EdTech initiatives — from assisting in program design and content creation to managing learner operations, engagement, and allied administrative tasks. The role demands strong coordination, attention to detail, and cross‑functional collaboration. Tasks will also involve coordinating with different departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

• Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders.
• Sales and Operations Management experience.
• Project Management skills to handle various projects efficiently.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
