Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive B2B and retail growth in the pharmaceutical sector. The role involves engaging with medical retailers, promoting a transparent B2B e-commerce platform, generating orders, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit retailers and chemist stores in Gomia and nearby areas as per the planned roster.
- Promote and sell the concept of a B2B e-commerce platform with transparent pricing, assured quality, and timely delivery (same-day or next-day).
- Generate orders from retailers and consistently meet assigned sales targets.
- Collaborate with the team leader to resolve buyer concerns and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence in the pharmaceutical domain.
Candidate Requirements
Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license.Experience in pharmaceutical sales, B2B business development, or retail distribution is preferred.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
