The Role (read : you’ll shoot, you’ll cut, you’ll ship)

You’ll split your time between  editing  and  shooting : crafting scroll-stopping short-form, polishing long-form stories, and capturing content on set / on location with our directors and producers.

What you’ll do — Roles & Responsibilities

Editing

• Edit short-form (reels, teasers, trailers) and long-form (after movies, brand films, BTS, interviews).
• Build tight narratives from messy timelines : stringouts → selects → rough → fine → final.
• Color-correct / grade (basic to intermediate), audio clean-up, mix to spec, export & version for platforms.
• Create motion GFX : titles, lower-thirds, logo stings, simple transitions.
• Maintain project hygiene : bins, proxies, versioning, backups, naming conventions
