Job Description :
Key Responsibilities :
Case Management & Coordinate and support internal ethics and compliance investigations.
- Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain a secure log of ethics cases and ensure timely closure.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare case summaries for leadership and board-level reporting.Ensure timely updates on the Ethics Portal.POSH Manage POSH tracker and ensure real-time updates.
File cases on the government portal as per legal norms.Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions.Training & Awareness :
Conduct ethics and POSH-related training sessions.Develop and circulate awareness communications.Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote a respectful workplace culture.Policy Assist in reviewing and updating ethics and POSH policies.
Ensure effective communication and implementation of policy changes.Desired Candidate Profile :
2-4 years of relevant experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal support.Strong understanding of POSH regulations and corporate ethics frameworks.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.(ref : iimjobs.com)
