About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Test Engineer

with strong expertise in

manual testing

and

Salesforce environments . The selected candidate will play a vital role in maintaining our product quality standards by designing and executing test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with the development teams to ensure a flawless end-user experience.

Required Experience & Skills

Minimum

5+ years

of experience as a

QA Engineer .

At least

2+ years

of hands-on experience in

Salesforce testing (manual testing required) .

Strong understanding of

software testing methodologies, tools, and processes .

Excellent

English communication skills

(written and spoken).

Strong

analytical and problem-solving

abilities.

Bachelor’s degree in

Computer Science , Information Technology, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities

Test Case Design :

Develop detailed and structured test cases aligned with business requirements and user stories.

Execution & Reporting :

Execute test cases, document results systematically, and report defects with clarity and follow-ups.

Regression & Sanity Testing :

Perform comprehensive testing to ensure platform stability during new releases.

Training & Documentation :

Maintain QA documentation, create training materials, and assist in user or client training sessions as needed.

Work Arrangement

Immediate onboarding preferred

(within 2 weeks maximum).

Until our Kolkata office is fully set up, you’ll

work from home

— requiring a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

From

January 2026 , this role will transition to

on-site

at our

Kolkata office , with occasional work-from-home flexibility.
