To strengthen our AI Center of Excellence , we are hiring a GenAI Senior Developer & Architect who will serve as a core pillar in designing, engineering, and deploying cutting-edge GenAI and Agentic AI systems.
Role Overview
We are seeking an exceptional GenAI technologist and architect who has deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, multimodal models, RAG systems, vector databases, and Agentic AI frameworks. You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced AI solutions — from architecture and experimentation to production deployment and scaling.
This role is ideal for someone who can bridge architectural vision with hands-on engineering , designing intelligent systems that integrate seamlessly with enterprise workflows, automation platforms, and cloud ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities Architecture & Solution Design
- Architect scalable GenAI and Agentic AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, multi-agent frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, DSPy , etc.
- Design end-to-end AI pipelines including ingestion, embeddings, vector search, model orchestration, memory, and multi-agent reasoning.
- Own architectural decisions ensuring reliability, alignment, and governance.
Hands-on Engineering & Model Development
Build and fine-tune LLM-powered applications using OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Hugging Face , etc.Implement context-aware agents capable of autonomous reasoning, planning, and tool execution.Develop high-performance APIs, microservices, and integrations with automation tools (UiPath, Power Automate).Agentic AI Execution
Build AI agents with capabilities like :
tool callingworkflow orchestrationautonomous task executionchain-of-thought evaluationzero-shot and few-shot decisioningImplement guardrails, safety layers, and enterprise governance mechanisms.Technical Leadership
Drive the GenAI roadmap within the AI CoE and collaborate with RPA, cloud, and engineering teams.Mentor developers on best practices for AI architecture, prompt engineering, and multi-agent system design.Evaluate and experiment with emerging research, frameworks, and LLM architectures.Deployment & DevOps
Build production-grade GenAI applications deployed on Azure, AWS, or GCP .Optimize cost, latency, scalability, and reliability of AI workloads.Implement observability for LLM behaviors, memory, and agent workflows.Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience with Agentic AI, multi-agent workflows, or autonomous system design .Expertise in Python , FastAPI / Django / Flask, and cloud-native development.Deep understanding of LLM APIs, embeddings, tokenization, prompt engineering, and transformers.Experience building systems with :LangChain / LangGraphLlamaIndexDSPyHaystackVector DBs : Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, QdrantExperience deploying AI workloads on Azure or AWS using services like :Azure OpenAI, Azure MLAWS Bedrock, SageMaker, LambdaStrong understanding of RPA / IPA ecosystems (UiPath preferred).Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI / CD pipelines.Nice-to-Have
