Job descriptionStrong communication and stakeholder management skills Managing the end-to-end process encompassing Data analysis, Requirements gathering from cross functional teams and documenting those Good business / functional understanding and problem solving, preferably in the credit or financial (corporate finance) domain. Strong SQL and T-SQL skills to query and analyze data Understanding SQL Server structures and business logic, connecting SQL Server data to tools like Power BI, Tableau Troubleshooting SQL queries / Procedures and database / Query performance (indexes, execution plans etc) Handling Data Load issues with large volume of data BI reporting and dashboarding using Power BI Data Engineering – mainly from SQL server(back-end side), extraction, transformation, loading using SQL queries, Views, Procedures Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses. Job Description
- Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract, transformation, loading using SQL queries, Views, Procedures and manipulate large datasets from relational databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
- Conduct thorough analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies and operational improvements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reporting solutions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, analytical methodologies, and reporting processes
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building a culture of data literacy within the organization
- Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in data analytics and SQL technologies
