Position Title : Senior General Manager Sales & Marketing (C&P Department)
Location : Flexible Mumbai OR Vadodara
Role Purpose : Lead the national sales and marketing strategy for natural industrial minerals targeting plastics, polymers, rubber, and paper industries to achieve business growth and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement growth strategies and business plans for pan-India sales.
- Identify, develop, and manage key strategic accounts in the plastics, polymers, rubber, and paper industries.
- Collaborate with technical services for new product development, trials, and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and new technology developments.
- Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets through effective account management and new market development.
- Strengthen brand presence and customer loyalty.
Qualification & Experience :
B.E. / B.Tech / Graduate / Master Graduate in Science (Chemical, Polymer, Materials Science, or equivalent).MBA (Marketing or Business Development) preferred.15–20 years of experience in industrial minerals or specialty fillers sales to plastics, polymers, rubber, or paper industries.Strong experience in leadership roles with proven success in business growth.Key Skills :
