Contract Bazaar is hiring an Operations Manager to lead our service delivery function within the legal services domain.

This is an operations role (team management, TAT tracking, process improvement). It is not a legal drafting or advisory position.

About the Role

• Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of client assignments
• Lead the operations team and monitor performance, TATs, and workload distribution
• Handle escalations, reporting, and coordination with internal teams
• Improve processes, implement SOPs, and drive service quality
• Conduct training & development and support performance reviews
