Job summary :
We are seeking highly skilled Java Backend Developers (4-12 years) to design and build scalable backend systems using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. The role involves developing and optimizing RESTful APIs, working with multithreading, concurrency, RDBMS / NoSQL databases, and ensuring performance, security, and scalability. Candidates must have strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design, along with hands-on experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Docker / Kubernetes, and CI / CD pipelines. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices architecture.
- Build and optimize RESTful APIs and services for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Work with multithreading and concurrent programming to ensure efficient execution of backend processes.
- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using RDBMS (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and / or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Ensure high code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and following best development practices.
- Implement and maintain CI / CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment workflows.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP to deploy and scale applications.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
5-12 years of hands-on experience in Java backend development.Strong expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA, and Microservices architecture.Proficient in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.Experience with multithreading and concurrent processing.Experience with relational (RDBMS) and / or NoSQL databases.(ref : hirist.tech)
