Designation Assistant Facility Manager (Soft)

Reporting To Sr Manager / City Lead

Role & Responsibilities

• Daily facility workaround checklist
• Coordinating with clients for any pending complaints, bills, etc.
• Daily Briefing Facility Executive about Planned activities and major Building compliant
• Daily checking all Security & HK Logbook, Report, etc.
• Weekly Report.
• Coordinating with the Vendors
• Month-end checking consumable and raising indent for the same.
• Every month prepare material snag list and coordinate with multiple vendors for quotations
• Completing services as per PPM & facility Upkeep Calendar
• Ensuring END to End services under facility management

Minimum 8-10 years of relevant experience
