Global Furniture house is a furniture showroom in silicon city road, Indore we are looking for a store manager for customer handling work and all the showroom maintenance tasks

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Indore. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing store staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory levels. The role also involves implementing retail loss prevention strategies, handling customer service issues, and ensuring the store meets sales targets.

Qualifications

Skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service

Excellent Communication skills

Experience in Store Management

Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is a plus
