Team handling or mentoring experience preferred. Hands-on exposure to job portals & sourcing tools is a plus. Dynamic and growth-focused environment. About the Role :
We're hiring a Senior Recruitment Manager to lead client delivery and coordination for staffing operations. The role involves managing end-to-end delivery, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle client delivery, coordination, and communication.
- Ensure timely and quality fulfillment of client requirements.
- Lead and guide the recruitment team to achieve delivery targets.
- Manage client expectations and participate in review meetings.
- Support sourcing / recruitment activities when required.
- Track delivery performance and maintain closure reports.
