FinAGG is expanding its insurance solutions for MSME customers, and we’re looking for a high-energy Team Lead who can take charge of our Insurance Cross-Sell vertical.

What you’ll own :

• Drive insurance cross-sell to our existing SME borrower base
• Build and mentor a small team to deliver monthly acquisition targets
• Work closely with Credit, Sales, and Ops to create seamless customer journeys
• Identify product gaps and partner opportunities to improve conversion
• Track funnel metrics and run experiments to boost outreach effectiveness
