Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities efficiently. The role involves sourcing quality materials, negotiating with vendors, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring timely procurement to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate reliable suppliers / vendors for required goods and services.
• Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality standards.
• Issue purchase orders and follow up to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for material requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement guidelines.
• Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure long-term supply chain efficiency.
