Project Manager – Content & Quality Management

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive  Project Manager  with excellent communication skills and a solid understanding of content creation and quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate will lead and coordinate teams of content writers and quality checkers, ensuring high-quality deliverables are met on time and in line with client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Plan, execute, and manage content and quality projects from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate with content writers and quality checkers to ensure seamless workflow.
• Assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
• Review content outputs and ensure they meet predefined quality standards.
• Identify and resolve any process bottlenecks or issues during project execution.
• Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, provide feedback, and facilitate continuous improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and reports.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices in content creation and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with other departments (like Sales, Design, and Technology) when needed to ensure a cohesive delivery.
