Job description8–12 years of QA experience with 5+ years in automation (Selenium / UFT). Strong in manual, automation, and API testing . Proficient in Java, SQL Server , and Web Services . Experience with CI / CD tools (Jenkins, Docker) and DevOps / JIRA / TFS . 2+ years of experience leading QA teams. Exposure to US Healthcare domain preferred. Experience in Agile / Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven. Passion for automation and continuous improvement. Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving environments.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Test Lead - Automation Testing to drive end-to-end QA delivery across manual, automation, and API testing. The role involves leading a team of testers, ensuring high-quality, production-ready releases every sprint, and enhancing testing frameworks through automation and CI / CD integration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead QA planning, test case design, execution, and automation.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium / UFT (Java) .
- Conduct API testing (Swagger, Postman with JavaScript) and database validation using SQL.
- Ensure sprint deliverables meet production standards with zero major defects.
- Track and manage defects, performing first-line triage for released features.
- Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, tools, and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Mentor team members and ensure alignment with Agile best practices.
