Job description

IP Development & Growth

Strengthen and grow ICF as a cultural entertainment brand.
Create scalable event formats for malls, schools, government programs, and international partners.
Identify new ideas for revenue and brand expansion.

Partnerships & Sponsorships

Build and manage partnerships with corporates, malls, schools, cultural groups, and government bodies.

Create sponsorship proposals, lead pitches, and close deals.

Maintain strong relationships for repeat and long-term partnerships.

Networking & Business Development

Expand ICF into new cities and markets through partnerships and tie-ups.

Represent ICF at cultural, entertainment, and business events.

Build alliances with NGOs, international bodies, and embassies.

Strategy & Stakeholder Management

Work with leadership on business models, growth plans, and partnership roadmaps.

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

Support communication teams with presentations, partner content, and brand alignment
