Human Resources Manager (Only 24h Left)

Job descriptionMinimum 3–5 years of experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and compliance. Prior experience in handling end-to-end HR operations or having worked in an HR generalist or HR business partner role is highly valued. Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office, HRIS systems, and data reporting. Experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance appraisal systems. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
1. Payroll processing & Compliance support for TDS, statutory requirements.
2. Talent acquisition programme - Coach and employees.
3. Onboarding of all new hires - Coach and employees.
4. Documentation of all records of employees including coaches in the revenue share model.
5. Employee conflict management.
6. Reward and recognition programme for employees.
7. Exit formalities - During resignation of coach, employee.
8. Administrative tasks
Education :
- Mandatory : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferred : Master’s degree (MBA in HR or equivalent) or relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRCI, CIPD).
