Your Role

• We are seeking a strategic and technically accomplished Agentic Architect to lead the design and deployment of AgenticAI-powered architectures across the Hire to Retire Lifecycle (HRL), Quote to Revenue (Q2R), and Recruit to Contract (REC) blueprint domains. This role is central to enabling autonomous, intelligent systems that drive talent agility, commercial velocity, and operational excellence.
• Blueprint-Aligned Architecture
• Architect and operationalize AgenticAI frameworks aligned with HRL, Q2R, and REC transformation goals.
• Design scalable, modular agentic systems that integrate with HCM, CRM, and contract lifecycle platforms.
• Collaborate with blueprint owners, product teams, and engineering to ensure blueprint fidelity and architectural robustness.
• AgenticAI Design & Deployment
• Lead the development of multi-agent systems for autonomous talent onboarding, quote configuration, and contract orchestration.
• Utilize platforms such as LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom orchestration layers to build intelligent agent networks.
• Ensure compliance with AI governance, explainability, and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Innovation & Enablement
• Drive innovation in agentic workflows across talent lifecycle, revenue generation, and contract management.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and accelerate blueprint adoption.
• Mentor architects and engineering teams on agentic design principles, reusable patterns, and best practices.
