Role Overview

We are seeking a

Senior B2B Sales Manager

to drive

₹2Cr+ in annual revenue

by acquiring and growing enterprise and mid-market clients. You’ll be responsible for

building deep relationships, designing custom solutions, and closing high-value deals

(average ticket size ₹2.5L – ₹10L+).

This is a consultative sales role where you’ll act as the bridge between client business needs and Wonne’s digital solutions portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue & Pipeline Management

Deliver annual revenue targets of ₹2Cr+ through consistent deal closures.

Own the full sales cycle : prospecting → discovery → solution design → proposal → negotiation → closing.

Consultative Solution Selling

Engage with CXOs / decision-makers to uncover business challenges.

Craft

custom-built solutions

spanning web builds, content marketing, SEO, and performance campaigns.

Collaborate with delivery teams for accurate scoping and proposals.

Client Relationship Building

Acquire and retain enterprise and mid-market clients.

Ensure smooth client onboarding and enable upsell / cross-sell opportunities.

Market & Industry Focus

Actively build a client base across

D2C, Healthcare, FMCG, and Education

verticals.

Stay updated on digital transformation and marketing trends within these sectors.

Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership to refine GTM strategy.

Share client insights to improve offerings and positioning.

Qualifications & Experience

Essentials

5+ years of B2B sales experience , preferably in digital marketing, web, or consulting services.

Proven success in selling custom-built solutions

tailored to client needs.

Track record of closing deals in the range of

₹2.5L – ₹10L+ .

Experience managing

enterprise-level clients

and C-suite relationships.

Strong consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Data-driven mindset; experience with CRM, pipeline analytics, and reporting.

Ability to manage multiple opportunities and revenue forecasts.

Strong Pluses

Network or prior experience in

D2C, healthcare, FMCG, education

sectors.

Familiarity with content & influencer marketing, campaign management, and performance media.

Prior experience in exceeding multi-crore annual sales targets.
