SAP IBP Demand Lead

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Lead the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation for demand management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align demand forecasts with business objectives.
• Conduct demand planning meetings to review and adjust forecasts.
• Analyze historical data and market trends to develop accurate demand forecasts.
• Utilize SAP IBP tools to enhance forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in the demand planning process.
• Implement and maintain best practices in demand planning processes.
• Design and execute robust demand planning strategies.
• Train and mentor junior team members on demand planning practices.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in forecasting and demand processes.
• Manage communication with stakeholders regarding demand plan assumptions and updates.
• Facilitate scenario planning to assess the impact of potential business changes.
• Support the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand planning.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to ensure balanced inventory levels.
• Participate in regular reviews with senior management to report on demand forecasting results.

• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and best practices.
• Prior experience in a fast-paced consulting environment is a plus.

QUALIFICATION :

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
