Job Summary :

The Technical Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing AI-driven solutions that align with business objectives and technology strategies. This role demands a mix of technical expertise, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver scalable, secure, and impactful AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

AI Solution Design :

Architect end-to-end AI solutions, covering data collection, model development, deployment, and integration.

Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to align model requirements with architecture.

Technical Leadership :

Mentor teams on best practices in AI / ML development and system integration.

Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and drive their adoption.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

Translate business needs into AI solutions while bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Present designs and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.

Scalability & Performance :

Build AI systems capable of handling large data volumes and complex computations.

Optimize systems for production efficiency and monitor performance.

Security & Compliance :

Embed security, data privacy, and ethical AI principles into solution designs.

Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.

Integration & Deployment :

Oversee seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems.

Define CI / CD strategies for deploying and monitoring AI models.

Continuous Improvement :

Evaluate post-deployment performance and lead optimization efforts.

Drive innovation through exploration of new AI use cases.

Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s or certifications preferred).

Experience :

7+ years in software architecture; 3+ years in AI / ML.

Proficiency in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Expertise in DevOps practices (CI / CD, Docker, Kubernetes).

Skills :

Strong understanding of the AI / ML lifecycle and data engineering.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, NLP, or computer vision.

Preferred : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and a passion for fostering team learning and innovation.
