Server Assembly & Test Technician – Data Center

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Server Assembly & Test Technician to join our team in Bangalore. This hands-on role involves assembling rackmount servers from components, installing processors, memory, and drives, performing cabling, and running bring-up tests to ensure quality and readiness for production.

What You’ll Do

• Assemble servers : install motherboards, CPUs, heatsinks (with torque tools), memory modules, drives, power supplies, fans, and risers.
• Connect cabling, power harnesses, and backplanes with proper routing.
• Power on systems, run BIOS / BMC checks, verify indicators and storage mapping.
• Perform functional tests and document results.
• Follow ESD and safety procedures throughout.
• Support electrical safety tests (hipot, ground bond) with provided equipment.
