Your Mission. As a Senior Solution Architect , you will be at the forefront of designing next-generation digital platforms that redefine customer experiences. You’ll lead the architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions across digital banking products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn business vision into reality.This is your opportunity to influence strategic technology decisions, mentor future architects, and drive innovation in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Location : Chennai / Bangalore / Dubai

What You’ll Do

  • Architect cloud-native, microservices-based solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Lead solution design for Assisted Banking systems—such as customer onboarding, credit card, and loan platforms.
  • Collaborate with enterprise, security, and data architects to ensure cohesive and compliant solutions.
  • Evaluate and prototype emerging technologies to validate architectural approaches.
  • Define reusable blueprints and reference architectures to accelerate delivery.
  • Conduct peer reviews, workshops, and mentoring sessions to uplift architectural maturity across teams.
  • Drive automation and efficiency in architecture workflows and CI / CD pipelines.

What You Bring :

  • 12–15 years of IT experience, with 7–8 years in solution architecture roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in Java , .NET , or other mainstream programming languages.
  • Strong command of RESTful APIs , Microservices , Event-driven architecture , and Enterprise Integration Patterns .
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), OpenShift , and DevOps practices.
  • Deep understanding of architectural patterns like Saga , Pub / Sub , Circuit Breaker , etc.
  • Familiarity with API gateways , Authorization protocols , and Identity Providers (IDPs) .
  • Proficiency in tools like Enterprise Architect and data modeling platforms.

    • Domain Expertise (Preferred)

  • Experience in Retail Banking systems such as customer onboarding, credit card, or loan platforms.
  • Passion for building customer-centric digital products in financial services.
