Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager (Seller Financing & Payments) based in Bengaluru, with opportunities for occasional remote work. The Product Manager will oversee the development, deployment, and performance of seller financing and payment solutions. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs, defining product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely delivery of scalable product features. This role also involves analyzing data trends, monitoring product performance, and continuously driving innovation to enhance customer experience and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Product Management, with experience in developing and managing payment or financial technology solutions
• Proficiency in Market Research, User Experience Analysis, and implementing feedback into actionable product strategies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, including developers and designers, to execute product features
• Experience with Business Strategy, Financial Planning, and stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficient in working within hybrid or fast-paced collaborative environments
• Experience in the fintech or e-commerce sector is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
