Job description

Role : Real Estate Sales Executive

Location : Patna, Bihar

Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in the real estate investment sector.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding investment needs and providing tailored property solutions.
  • Conduct property visits, negotiations, and deal closures.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and developments.
  • Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients and investors.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales.

Must own a 2 / 4 wheeler, laptop, and smartphone.

Proven record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Creative mindset with a focus on business growth strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Sales.

Knowledge of Patna’s real estate market.

Experience in investment sales or handling HNI clients.
