Position : Junior Architect

Experience : 3–4 years

Location : Hosur Studio – Maksh Verticals

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist senior architects in conceptualizing and designing residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
  • Prepare drawings, 3D models, and renderings using SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit , and other design tools.
  • Support project documentation, including working drawings for construction, specifications, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is executed accurately.
  • Contribute creative ideas during design development and brainstorming sessions.
  • Be ready to travel for site visits, client meetings, and project requirements.

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in SketchUp with a minimum of 20 projects.
  • Hands-on experience with at least 10 residential working drawings and 10 commercial projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Strong visualization, design, and presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Good communication skills.
