Job description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced ' Store Supervisor ' to lead our retail team in Singapore. The successful candidate will ensure high-standards of store operations, deliver excellent customer service, drive sales performance and manage a team of sales associates in a fast-paced retail environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain customer service standards and brand experience

Lead, coach and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and KPIs

Manage stock levels, replenishment and coordinate with logistics and supply chain

Resolve escalated customer issues and ensure issue-tracking and follow up

Supervise daily store operations : opening / closing, inventory, cash handling, merchandising, visual presentation

Foster a positive work culture and maintain a safe, clean, and attractive store environment

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Retail Management or related field preferred.

Knowledge of local regulations or willingness to learn.

Willingness to relocate to Singapore and work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays

Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt quickly to change.

Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing teams.
