Profile : Telecaller with Counselor Duties
Key Responsibilities :
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and promptly
Provide accurate information about services programs and offerings to potential and existing clients
Make persuasive sales pitches to generate interest and convert leads into appointments and enrollments
Counsel prospective students parents and walkins about suitable programs based on their needs interests and goals
Schedule and confirm appointments followups and meetings for counselors and business staff
Maintain and update client databases appointment logs and inquiry records accurately using MS Office and CRM tools
Support walkin clients with form filling registration and basic queries
Assist in coordinating sessions workshops and events
Achieve daily / weekly / monthly targets for calls appointments and successful conversions
Collaborate with the business development and counseling teams to ensure a seamless client journey
Handle email inquiries manage daily office correspondence and prepare reports and summaries when required
Maintain confidentiality of client information and ensure professional communication at all times
Provide postcounseling followup and guidance to ensure a positive client experience

Basic administrative and frontdesk management knowledge
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word Outlook) and familiarity with CRM software.
Prior telecalling or counseling experience in the education coaching or services sector is preferred
