Freelance- Consultant Project Lead (Industrial)

Our client an asset management company is looking to engage with a Consultant.

Key responsibilities :

• Infrastructure planning & utilities : power load assessment and connection (DISCOM / captive), water (borewell / municipal), drainage, ETP / STP as needed, internal roads / yard layout, truck access / turning radius
• Regulatory & interfaces : MIDC coordination, Pollution Control Board consents, factory license, other local approvals
• Design coordination : machine foundations, electrical distribution, cable trays, earthing, lighting, ventilation / HVAC for R&D area, fire & safety
• Tendering & vendor management : run a 3-bid process for civil, electrical, and ancillary works;
• evaluate technical + commercial bids;
