Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and committed Senior Java Developer to join our backend engineering team in Bengaluru South. This is a full-time onsite role (5-day working) focused on building scalable APIs and enterprise-grade backend systems using Java and Spring Boot. You’ll work in an agile Scrum environment and leverage AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery and code quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA
• Integrate with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Implement Spring Security, OAuth2, and JWT for secure API access
• Conduct unit and integration testing using JUnit, Mockito, and Spring Test
• Use AI-powered tools (GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, SonarQube) for code generation, review, and testing
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies : stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers
• Maintain clean documentation and contribute to code reviews
