Role Description

This is a contract-based remote Human Resources role. The HR professional will manage day-to-day HR operations including developing and implementing HR policies, overseeing personnel management, and administering employee benefits. Responsibilities also involve ensuring compliance with organizational policies, maintaining employee records, and supporting a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in designing and executing HR Policies and Employee Benefits programs
• Proficiency in Personnel Management practices and employee engagement strategies
• Solid understanding of compliance standards and labor laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a remote work setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
